Bricolage lives on a quiet stretch of College Street in Toronto, a short walk from the streetcar. It’s the kind of neighbourhood spot the locals guard: the sort of place someone points at from across the road and says “that one, that’s the good one.”
Our bakers start early. There is nothing high-tech about what happens between four in the morning and the moment the door unlocks — only the small, careful choices that turn a bag of flour into something worth stopping in for.
